How delivery works
We ship across Pakistan through courier. Once your order is confirmed, it is dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
Delivery time
- Major cities: 2 to 3 working days
- Smaller cities and towns: 3 to 5 working days
- Remote areas: up to 7 working days
Delivery charges
- Flat delivery charge on single-piece orders
- Free delivery on bundles of three or more
Cash on delivery
You pay the rider when the parcel reaches you. Nothing is charged in advance. Open the parcel in front of the rider and check the colour and fabric before you pay.
Before we dispatch
We send a message or call to confirm your order and address before dispatch. This is to make sure nothing wrong is sent, and that someone is home to receive it. If we cannot reach you after repeated attempts, the order is held rather than shipped.
Tracking
A tracking number is shared once your parcel leaves us.
