Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, across Pakistan. You pay the rider when the parcel arrives. Nothing in advance.
Can I open the parcel before paying?
Yes, and we would rather you did. Check the colour and fabric in front of the rider, then pay.
How long does delivery take?
2 to 3 working days in major cities, 3 to 5 elsewhere, up to 7 for remote areas.
Will the colour match the photo?
We photograph in natural daylight with no filters. Screens vary, so a slight difference is normal, but a clear mismatch is our mistake and we will exchange it.
What if the size is wrong?
Every stitched item has a size chart on its page. Measure before ordering. If it still does not fit, tell us within 3 days.
Can I exchange something?
Yes, within 3 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn, unwashed, and has its tags. Full details are on the Exchange and Returns page.
How do bundle prices work?
The more pieces you take, the lower the price per piece. Bundles of three or more ship free.
Do you confirm before shipping?
Yes. We message or call to confirm the order and address before dispatch, so nothing wrong is sent.
Are the fabrics what you say they are?
Fabric name and details are listed on every product page. If what arrives does not match, that is grounds for an exchange.
Do you ship outside Pakistan?
Not at the moment.
