Why we are called Bunai
Bunai means weaving. The word describes the thing itself: thread crossing thread, warp holding weft, the moment cloth stops being yarn and becomes fabric. We chose it because everything we sell begins there, and because a name should tell you what a shop actually cares about.
What we sell
Ladies clothing, stitched and unstitched. Suits, pieces, and fabric by the length. The range stays deliberately narrow: a few good fabrics in many colours, rather than a hundred fabrics in three.
There is a reason for that. Depth is what a customer actually wants. When someone finds a fabric that suits her, she wants it in her colour, not a different fabric in a colour she settles for. So we carry colour depth over catalogue width, and we show it up front rather than hiding it behind a filter.
Where the fabric comes from
We buy directly from the wholesale cloth market, not through an agent. That is not a marketing line, it is the whole reason this shop can promise what it promises. Knowing fabric by hand, knowing what a fair rate looks like, knowing when polyester is being sold as georgette, means we can tell you exactly what you are getting.
Every product page lists the actual fabric name and details. If what arrives does not match what was written, that is our mistake and we will exchange it.
Colour, honestly
Colour mismatch is the single biggest reason clothes get returned in Pakistan. A photo is edited, brightened, filtered, and the piece that arrives looks like a different thing.
We photograph in natural daylight without filters. Screens still differ from one phone to another, so a slight variation is normal and always will be. But a clear mismatch is on us.
How paying works
Cash on delivery, across Pakistan. Open the parcel in front of the rider, look at the colour, feel the fabric, then pay. Nothing is charged in advance.
We also confirm every order by message or call before dispatch. This annoys some people and we do it anyway, because it is the difference between a parcel that arrives and a parcel that comes back.
What we are still building
Bunai is new. The range will grow, the photography will get better, and the delivery will get faster. What will not change is the part about telling you what the fabric actually is.
